Alliant (Large Business) is a multiple award IDIQ GWAC with a $50B program ceiling, intended to provide access to “Anything IT Anywhere,” with a scope akin to that of the Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) and Department of Defense Enterprise Architecture (DoDEA), which safeguards the use of emerging technologies over the life of the contract. Alliant offers an array of IT service solutions, which include cyber security, information assurance, virtualization, sustainability, health IT, cloud initiative, IPV6, NexGen technologies and Web 2.0. District of Columbia Government: Information Technology Staff Augmentation (ITSA) The Government of the District of Columbia utilizes ITSA for procuring IT staff augmentation services. Under this contract vehicle, all ITSA-registered Vendors that provide staff augmentation services are Certified Business Enterprises (CBEs) with the District of Columbia.

Information Technology Staff Augmentation Services solutions including program management, requirements and analysis, database and system administration, technical writing, software training, web development, network administration and customer support. U.S. Army: Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-2 Services (ITES-2S) The ITES-2S contract is designed to allow the U.S. Army to quickly procure high-quality, cost-effective IT solutions and services for the Army’s enterprise business systems. Services under ITES-2S include, information systems security, information assurance, IT services, business process re-engineering, network support, systems operations and maintenance, program management, enterprise design, integration and consolidation, and education and training.
